Hi there sisters and even gents!
Linora here and I am truly delighted that you have joined us on on this journey of embarking to empower, educate and inform every female out there on how to live a healthy, wholesome life. It just took 6 years.

Let me share real quickly the story of She Collective.
I'm happy to say an idea that started in 2019 is finally coming to a reality. In the year before the pandemic my dear friend Jacqie Tan and I did our first, all ladies retreat, together with another food friend, Sara May. We would've continued building this community and idea... but then the pandemic hit and we all know the story from there.
Fast forward today, we finally decided it was time to accelerate this idea over coffee and while I'm super pregnant at 9 months. We both always felt that there needs to be more conversations about women's health and wellbeing that either doesn't get talked about enough in Malaysia or there's a lack of females being self aware of what's going on in their bodies.
For instance:
1. How lifestyle can affect the female body in many ways: nutrition, sleep, level of activity.
2. Strength training - while there is growing acceptance, encouraging it needs to be fostered.
2. Menstrual disorders and awareness
3. Menopause Awareness, which ladies have really limited knowledge and tools to manage it.
4. How conceiving is a natural and beautiful thing, which ladies shouldn't fear.
So many topics that I hope we can cover and shed more light on. Could be information overload, but me and Jacqie believe these matter :)
