A1 Bag Squats

A2 Bag Shoulder Press

A3 Bag Deadlift

A4 Bag Throws

A5 Bag Leg In & Out


Work: 45s, Rest 15s, Sets: 5

Aim to do a 30 Minute Full Body Strength Workout, 3 times a week if you are press for time.
